In a small saucepan bring the water to a boil.
Rinse quinoa and strain.
Add quinoa to boiling water and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook for about 10 minutes, uncovered.
Remove from heat, cover and let sit 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, add ghee, sweet potato puree, maple syrup, milk, spices, and salt.
Cook on low heat just long enough to warm and mix ingredients then add quinoa.
Serve up in a bowl with your favorite toppings and enjoy a nice, warm, nourishing breakfast!
